Andrew Frank is an award-winning public interest communicator and a public relations and environmental protection technology instructor at Kwantlen Polytechnic University. He has been a vocal critic of the federal government's roll-back of environmental legislation, and is a passionate advocate working for First Nations on sustainable resource development and governance issues.
