Angela Payne is the Senior Vice President and General Manager Canada at Monster. In this capacity, Angela oversees Monster’s business strategy and execution in Canada. With more than 18 years of experience in recruiting and human resources, Angela has an extensive background both at the corporate and field level. Through the years, she has gained exposure to the full employee cycle and is well-versed in managed service staffing, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), career transition, talent development, human resources services, sales and business operations. She has provided expertise and support to customers in various industries, including oil & gas, manufacturing and consumer goods. Angela’s broad-based business management experience combined with her ability to inspire confidence in others and draw out the trust and best efforts of her teams have made her a success in her role. Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University and has continued her education internationally at INSEAD (France) and IMD (Switzerland) in leadership and financial management. Angela is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors, and the Canadian Professional Sales Association.
