As President of the Council of Ontario Universities (COU), Bonnie M. Patterson advocates for Ontario’s universities to ensure students receive the highest quality education. She has held prominent positions in the sector, notably as President and Vice-Chancellor of Trent University, Dean of Business at Ryerson University, and Professor at Ryerson’s School of Administration and Information Management. She has been appointed a Member of the Order of Canada, and received the Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada award from the Women’s Executive Network.
Of those who did respond in 2013, 87.4 per cent said they were employed six months after graduation, with 93 per cent on average reporting they were in jobs after two years. In many programs, employment rates were as high as 95 per cent two years out.
