Daniel Boffo


Daniel Boffo is a principal of Boffo Properties, a family of commercial and residential developers in Vancouver.

As a graduate from both the University of British Columbia and the British Columbia Institute of Technology with an Economics degree and an Architectural and Building Engineering technology diploma respectively, Daniel has a well-established construction management and development background. He attributes an
inherent attention to detail back to the days when he was helping on his father’s job sites.

A resident of North Burnaby, Daniel and his wife enjoy life in the outdoors with their young family, and the rest of the Boffo clan.

Along with his involvement with the local chapter of the Urban Development Institute as a member of the board of directors and as a founding Under 40 committee board Member, Daniel’s time is also spent within the local Italian community and with a variety of local charitable foundations.

This model of development, mixing both non-market and market uses in a self-supported manner is an innovative, yet repeatable approach. We recognize these two projects will not solve the housing or affordability issues that plague Vancouver, but we do believe they are small, positive steps forward towards creating more vibrant mixed communities throughout the city.
