Is cleansing a great, or even necessary, way to eliminate environmental toxins in this dirty day and age? Or is it a quick, possibly detrimental, weight loss gimmick that rarely maintains results? There's no secret to how one becomes this ambivalent. There is so much conflicting advice out there.

Kim and Kris' odd choice in wedding favours has me thinking about the custom of giving gifts to your guests in general. Is this a well-intentioned gesture, or does it say something about matrimony? Maybe we believe that if we engrave our initials on something, we'll lend permanence to our unions.
