Gregory Taylor is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Communication, Media and Film at the University of Calgary. He is the author of Shut Off: the Canadian Digital Television Transition, which was shortlisted for the 2014 Donner Prize for outstanding book on Canadian policy. Gregory is also the principal investigator for Canadian Spectrum Policy Research, a federally funded research project exploring the policy and management of radio frequencies.
