Jennifer Reynolds is the President and CEO of Women in Capital Markets and has been an active advocate and supporter of the advancement of women in the industry over her career. Prior to joining WCM, Jennifer spent 15 years working in the capital markets industry, most recently as a Managing Director and Head of the Diversified Industries Investment Banking group with Stonecap Securities. Jennifer has also held senior roles in investment banking with BMO Capital Markets and in the venture capital industry with OMERS Ventures. <br> <br> Jennifer is an Honorary Chair of the Princess Margaret Hospital Weekend Walk to End Women's Cancers, Member of the YWCA Women of Distinction Committee, and is a former Director and Chair of the Board of Advisors of the Microskills Business Incubator and Director on the Board of Studio 180, an independent, Toronto based theatre company. <br> <br> Jennifer is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Women's Leadership Forum, and she received her MBA from McGill University, and a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Economics and Political Science from McGill University.
