When You Work Out, Try Something New

Try some new things, and if you are in the gym a lot. Use these videos as inspiration. Learn to become functional. Jump higher, and do chin ups. Trust me, both things make you feel athletic. Is your health important to you? Don't answer any other question, and don't think about anything else. Very simple: is your health important? No one talks about the family of five who are all healthy body weight, active but not stand outs on a sports team, and who eat healthy everyday.

How I Learned to Embrace Yoga

So why have I not gone and committed to yoga before now? I was intimidated. My flexibility and balance are good, but when I tried yoga a few years back, I didn't excel. My head space was still overly competitive, and results based. I tell my clients all the time to do their best, and grow into fitness over time.
