Learning a lesson isn't always a straightforward endeavour. I'm talking about the slow-burners -- the Groundhog Day lessons we encounter over and over that take years (or a lifetime) to fully get and integrate into the core of our being.
I have experienced firsthand the internal withering that comes from slinking away from a creative existence. I have also felt the expansiveness, the joy and delight that comes from choosing imagination and possibility. I don't think it's too dramatic or petulant to say that life without imagination sucks.

Whether by choice or chance, gluten is being ditched in hoards and droves. With GF foods becoming more accessible, it's easy to get caught up in the convenience and not ask the hard questions. Just because the package says "gluten-free" doesn't mean that it's automatically a healthy option. Be informed.

The idea that you are a singular, impermeable being is totally bogus. The choices you make impact more than just you. Whether you see it now, later or never, all of your actions have consequences -- some insignificant, some wondrous and some dire. Everyday, you should -- we all should -- try harder to be better.

People fart in yoga. It happens all the time. The statistics don't lie. In every single yoga class worldwide, at least one student drops a bomb. You are not alone in your yoga class follies.
