While their friends look forward to camp, swimming, vacations and more, many kids and parents who rely on school breakfast programs face uncertainty. Without enough to eat at home, precious summer time memories that play such an important part in childhood are just out of reach.
Pam Jolliffe has recently joined Food Banks Canada as Executive Director. Previously she was the CEO of Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada, Pam has over 30 years experience providing leadership in community-based not-for profit organizations working to make a difference in the lives of children, youth, families and adults experiencing disadvantage. She has served on several not-for-profit boards, including St. Michael’s Hospital, the Ontario Non-profit Housing Association and the Centre for Addictions and Mental Health (CAMH). Pam has an M.Ed from the University of Toronto.
