The Rise Of Feminine

The Rise Of Feminine Leadership

I believe that we're at a pivotal time in our history, where we get to rewrite the script to create a better world. A vision of a World that is kinder, supportive and compassionate, by embracing and embodying the feminine as a guide to becoming familiar with who we already are. As we become familiar with who we already are, we become gentler versions of ourselves and gentler on others. We all have a role to play.

How to Stop, Breathe and Find Mindful Productivity

I happily stumbled across a post, on how to save time by doing less. I am all about doing more with less and exploring ways to simplify. It's what I practice and preach. How to Slow Your Pace for Summertime

At the halfway mark of the year, it's a great time to regroup, reconnect, and recharge. This year has been moving at lightning speed and the pace, along with the ubiquitous change, has made for a challenging year so far. I've welcomed the slower pace of summertime this year and I've been reminded yet again that our current ways aren't working.

Inspiration From the Dalai Lama

It was an extraordinary day...far from "just another talk." It was a meeting of minds from the communities of spirituality, science and business, blessed with the openness and wisdom of His Holiness the Dalai Lama. Here are a few pieces of inspiration that stood out for me.

Finding Your Own Rhythm at Work through Self-Compassion

Most of what I am about to tell you is contrary to what you might have been taught or have come to believe in. I have to share this with you because it's just too good not to and because it's something that we need to place more emphasis on. It wasn't our titles or egos or the performance of our last quarter that brought us together.

Happy Employees Make for Innovative Businesses

Wellbeing has a place in business, in education, and in government. We know that when people are given the space and the nurturing to do what they are here to do, they naturally become more positive, joyous, and compassionate...and it's out of this place that innovation arises.
