Ross Kay is President and CEO of RossKay.com a real estate consulting company that provides services to licensed agency practitioners and offers proprietary data products focused on the resale housing sector. A former 3rd generation member of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) having himself participated in the development of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) infrastructure for 27 years; he has also acted as a contributor to the successful cessation of both a CREA controlled Rate Your Realtor Experience (RYRE) and the establishment of realtor.ca as an independent techco without share capital.

In summary, his direct knowledge of the Canadian MLS infrastructure is unchallenged. His analysis and forecasts for the Canadian resale housing market are made independent of the fiduciary duty legally implicit when those involved in the infrastructure themselves comment.

Ross joined CREA in 1987 and served as a standard bearer to the ethical practice of licensed full agency throughout his real estate sales career.
