Sandra Walsh, RN, MScN, DNC is the head nurse at the Phototherapy Education and Research Centre (PERC), Women's College Hospital, Toronto. Sandra has been providing care to patients with psoriasis and other photoresponsive diseases such as atopic dermatitis and cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, for more than 20 years. She strongly believes in patient education and a patient-centred approach to care. Since 1997 she has been an executive member of the Dermatology Nurses' Association Central Canadian Chapter, which focuses on continuing nursing education. Sandra speaks nationally and internationally on nursing and dermatology. She is a Certified Dermatology Nurse.
