Sheila is passionate about endurance sport and healthy eating. She is a cross country skier and triathlete and also enjoys promoting physical activity to youth through coaching. Sheila has a Masters degree in Public Health (Health Promotion), and works with researchers investigating how lifestyle habits like nutrition and exercise can promote health or influence disease. Sheila has coauthored the cookbook and nutrition guide, Food For Thought: Healing Foods to Savor and many scientific publications in the area of nutrition, lifestyle, and cancer prevention.
