I am a BBC (Black British Canadian) woman with a passion to create, resolve and build. I have had a pretty dynamic career that has led to a solid reputation as a visionary and result-driven leader. I say, simplify the complexity, work WITH people and you have a formula that not only deliver results but forms bonds that will stand the test of time.
I have led numerous initiatives with a geographical scope that has included Canada, US, South America, Europe and Australia.
My professional career spans Biotechnology, Brand & Generic Pharmaceuticals, IBM Business Consulting Services, Healthcare and now New Media. I use to say “now social media” however media is going through exponential change and I enjoy evolving with it. Secondly, I find myself learning and working a number of new media platforms to meet a need to build relationships with my audience. I believe we should be always evolving, filling our “life’s tool kit” so that we are ready and able to leverage opportunities that land on our door.
As well as my academic degrees, I also have a few official certifications, namely, I am a certified practitioner and professional in Change Management (Prosci), Project Management (PMP/PMI) and Social Media (OMCP, Online Marketing Certified Professional).
