Vicky Sanderson

Columnist and Home Expert

Having tried and tested just about every new home décor product and appliance to hit the market in the last several years, Vicky Sanderson is an expert on what’s worth buying, and what you can probably do without. She frequently shares tips, tricks and trends on such media outlets as Canada AM, Breakfast Television, CHCH Morning Live, the Steven and Chris Show, and CBC Radio. She also writes a widely-read column on home improvement products and housewares that appears every Saturday in The Toronto Star. She also delivers standing-room only seminars at Toronto-area home shows. A devoted upcycler, her DIY column is a regular feature in Reno and Decor magazine.

When Vicky’s not writing, researching or reporting on home improvement products, she’s spending time with her husband John and their four kids — or fantasizing about the day when the Toronto Maple Leafs once again will hoist the Stanley Cup aloft. Hey, we all need a dream.
