At this year's Architectural Design Home Show, we saw a departure from some of the trends we saw in 2012. Instead of the focus on pops of bright color, monochromatic color schemes and beautiful woods were prevalent throughout the show; we couldn't help but admire the industrial lighting, too.

Chief Design Officer, California Closets
Ginny Snook Scott began her career with California Closets as a high school student in 1986. In her first role as a showroom attendant for a franchise located in Southern California, Ginny became well versed in the functionality and design of California Closets storage systems. Upon her graduation from college in 1991, she became a full-time Design Consultant for California Closets and began working with customers to create customized design solutions for a wide variety of home spaces. Ginny quickly became one of the company’s top Design Consultants, completing nearly $1,000,000 in design projects annually for her robust client roster. Now as the Chief Design Officer, Ginny works behind the scenes as an investigative trend spotter and travels each year to the Milan Furniture Fair and other important trade shows to identify contemporary designs and materials to ultimately incorporate into customers’ designs. With Ginny on the industry front lines, California Closets is able to uphold its tradition as an industry innovator and category leader, known for its innovative design and intuitive organization.
