The benefits of natural beauty products have always been very important to me. And now that I have kids, I'm extremely conscious of what goes on their skin. Avoiding synthetic chemicals that I can't pronounce and choosing natural alternatives helps keep everyone healthy, and looking fabulous.
Tip 1: As a busy mother of two, on weekends I put OURS "3-in-1 Hydrating Oil," which includes coconut oil and lavender, all over my hair and tie it up in a JLo-style bun. It's practical and leaves my hair moisturized.
Tip 2: Exfoliate every other day. Using a natural exfoliator with hydrators, like shea butter, cocoa butter, cucumber and aloe vera keeps skin hydrated and smooth, making OURS "Face & Body Exfoliator" a natural choice!
Tip 3: Before I go to sleep, I put Anything Balm on my feet and cover them with socks. Its natural oils and vitamins soften my feet and keep them soft. Anything Balm is my all-natural miracle balm. I use it as a natural hair gel on my baby daughter. Before the kids head out, I slather it on their faces to protect against the elements. And I also dab a little on my cheeks to keep a dewy look on camera.
Tip 4: Using a little retinol, which is a derivate of Vitamin A, helps with anti-aging and reduces the look of wrinkles.
Tip 5: Sleep! Getting enough sleep is a natural way to stay looking our best. I try to sleep with satin pillowcases. Diva moment!
