Remove your makeup

While you sleep, your body works hard to rebuild muscles you’ve worn down during the day and clears your mind of any anxious thoughts. Without sleep, your body and mind won’t be able to run properly the following day. Make sleep a priority by going to bed at a reasonable time and avoid watching TV or looking at your smartphone while under the covers because the bright light is only making it harder for you to fall asleep.
