“Late Show” host Stephen Colbert wasted no time going after defenders of Judge Brett Kavanaugh, President Donald Trump’s nominee for the Supreme Court who has been accused of a sexual assault.
Colbert played clips of conservative voices not only defending Kavanaugh but also dismissing the allegation. One Kavanaugh supporter even compared the accusations to “rough horseplay.”
That led to one question from Colbert.
