Essays on Sex Trafficking [VIDEO]

I invited 60 incredible writers and entrepreneurs to write one essay and compiled them all in one book that will have one big mission: to fight sex trafficking. It's happening all over the world and with over 27 million people enslaved more than any other time in the world, we must all stand up for freedom. I have the honor of bringing a straight up resounding call to action with a message, that hits straight to the core and you can join me.

Like many others, I started off 2012 wanting something new for the year. Something bigger for my business, something greater for my family and most of all I wanted to make a change in the world. Don't we all feel like that at times? Wondering if we are really ever going to do something that will bring any change and if what we are doing with our lives is serving anyone but ourselves?

In November of 2011, I got out of my comfortable home for the night and saw a documentary about global sex trafficking called Nefarious that awakened me to a horrible truth that so many of us are unaware of.

Sex trafficking. I sat for months knowing I had to do something to stand up for these women and girls. Giving ten dollars wasn't enough. William Wilberforce, a leader in the abolition of slavery, put it this way, "If to be feelingly alive to the sufferings of my fellow-creatures is to be a fanatic, I am one of the most incurable fanatics ever permitted to be at large."

Human trafficking is happening all over the world and with over 27 million people enslaved more than any other time in the world, we must all stand up for freedom.

I have the honor of bringing a straight up resounding call to action with a message that hits straight to the core, and you can join me.

I invited 60 incredible writers and entrepreneurs to write one essay and compiled them all in one book that will have one big mission: to fight sex trafficking. TheEnd Sex Trafficking book on sale for $20 is a collection of 60 essays on love, knowledge + freedom by trailblazers like Seth Godin, Danielle La Porte, Jonathan Fields and yours truly-- and all of the authors proceeds goes to the Not For Sale Campaign an organization fighting to abolish slavery every single day.

None of the essay contributors, the publisher or myself is taking any money from sales. It's not just a book, it is a chance to change the world.

Let's get this pressing message to all the hearts and lit-up screens we can.

In order to truly change the horrible situation we have on our hands with this new modern slavery, we must first educate ourselves and others and then put our money and time into changing it. It is our hope that this video, book and day give the world an opportunity to do all three.
