For many people, putting things off until the last minute is a way of life, as opposed to an attitude unique to the holiday season. So we can understand if you have yet to figure out how to cook that turkey your family of 20 is expecting on the dinner table on Christmas -- and we're here to help.
The first word of warning: you might want to get started now. If you're working with a frozen bird, it needs to defrost and that takes time (something you can't fake). But we were relieved to find the process is far easier than one might anticipate. It's just a matter of, well, not procrastinating for another minute.
