Rachel McAdams TIFF 2012: Actress Stuns In Green One-Sleeve Gown At 'To The Wonder' Premiere (PHOTOS)

Our Girl Rachel Stuns At TIFF

Admit it, deep in your heart, you were wondering whether Rachel McAdams and former flame Ryan Gosling would cross paths at TIFF. It's ok, we were too -- deeper still in our hearts we are harbouring a secret hope that one day the two 'Notebook' stars and former real-life loves will reconcile (yes, yes, we know Gosling was here with current girlfriend Eva Mendes).

But it was not to be Monday at the Toronto International Film Festival, when Canada's sweetheart walked the red carpet for the premiere of her film 'To The Wonder.' But no matter -- the stunning London, Ontario-born McAdams didn't need any arm candy -- heck, she didn't even need a sleeve.

Check out photos of McAdams and her co-star Olga Kurylenko. Story continues below:

The actress greeted fans in a flowing, emerald one-sleeve gown with gathered detailing on the top and a high slit in the long skirt, which was emphasized by its dramatic train. McAdams kept it simple and let the dress speak for itself, with her hair up in an elegant twist and her makeup fresh and simple.

Perhaps in a show of solidarity or a sign they've formed a girl gang, McAdams' 'Wonder' co-star Olga Kurylenko attended the premiere also dressed in emerald green; hers was a shorter, sequined dress with a markedly different design, but there was no mistaking the similarity in colour.

If this was the prom - disastrous! But it's TIFF, and we're all adults who can handle it, right? Our Rachel looked stunning and so did Olga. Who needs ya, Ryan.
