Better get your bowties and wind machines ready. Psy, the Korean pop star behind huge hit Gangnam Style, is making his debut in Toronto on October 30th at a concert to celebrate the release of Samsung's Galaxy Note 2.

The concert will be Psy's first in Toronto and seeing how it's right around Halloween we think Samsung should hold a Psy look-alike contest or a Gangnam Style dance-off.
