Jennifer Lawrence Alleged Stalker, Han Cong Zhao, Is From Vancouver

'Hunger Games' Starlet's Alleged Stalker From Vancouver

A Vancouver man is being held on bail after allegedly stalking Jennifer Lawrence, this year's Best Actress Oscar winner and star of the mega-successful "Hunger Games" franchise.

Han Cong Zhao, a Chinese-born former university student from Vancouver, has had bail set at $100,000 U.S. after he allegedly stalked and threatened Lawrence and her family in Kentucky, the Louisville Courier-Journal reported.

Zhao allegedly sent more than 200 messages and a threatening voicemail to Blaine Lawrence, the actress' brother, before flying to Louisville in mid-April, USA Today reported.

"I find you or you come to me. You got me really upset, when I am upset, wait and see what happens," Zhao reportedly said in the voicemail.

Zhao allegedly referred to Jennifer Lawrence as his "biblical Mary," The Vancouver Sun reported.

The threats against Lawrence were described as a "serious danger" and Zhao was ordered to have no contact with the actress, the newspaper reported.

Zhao pleaded not guilty and he is scheduled to face trial on July 23.
