Canada's last team in the Stanley Cup Playoffs has been eliminated and a new book claims the game wasn't even invented in here -- that Charles Darwin and the English were at it long before us.

These are strange days. But don't lament, because no matter what may come, hockey belongs to Canada. And that is forever. Here's some proof.
