Looks like it's time to get back on the bus, kids.
On Wednesday, Netflix announced it would be rebooting "The Magic School Bus," and its new title is "The Magic School Bus 360°." Unfortunately, fans expecting more hand-drawn animated adventures might be disappointed.
The widely popular '90s kids science cartoon show will feature 26 30-minute episodes using computer generated animation, the New York Times reports.
The reboot comes after Netflix began streaming the original show, which remains the service's top educational show, according to TIME magazine. The show originally ran on PBS in the U.S. and TVO in Canada 20 years ago, with the last episode airing in 1997, the Verge points out.
The show originally started out as a children's book series, revolving around Ms. Frizzle, an elementary school teacher who took her class on extraordinary field trips like inside a pie, to outer space and even inside one of her student's bodies, thanks to her magical transforming bus.
It's still unclear when exactly the show will air but the show is slated for 2016 with a brand new Ms. Frizzle, an updated bus decked out in new tech and whole whack of field trips.
