Have You Been 'Corbella'd?': Site Mocks Herald Columnists

Since the dawn of newspapers, people have poked fun at columnists and their opinions.

But one Calgarian has taken it to the next level, coming up with a verb to describe the feeling you get when you know you've read something so ridiculous you can't believe it was published in the first place.

"Corbella'd: The act of reading a Calgary Herald editorial and immediately regretting it. 'I've just been Corbella'd. Ugh,'" reads corbellad.com.

Named after Calgary Herald columnist and opinion page editor Licia Corbella, Tyler Hellard's site takes aim at the newspaper's often right-leaning op-ed pieces that get Calgarians' eyes a-rollin'.
