Claire Leeson's Kim Kardashian Obsession Sets Her Back Almost $33,000 (TWEETS, VIDEO)

She Wanted To Look Like Kim K, Now She's Buried In Debt

A U.K. woman is grappling with debt after spending nearly C$33,000 on various treatments and procedures to look like Kim Kardashian.

Claire Leeson, a 24-year-old from Essex, England, appeared on ITV's "This Morning" on Monday to talk about why she has taken on almost C$11,000 in debt to look like the model and reality star.

She told hosts Ruth Langsford and Ben Shephard that she was bullied in school and survived two suicide attempts.

But her life changed in 2009, when she began watching "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," she said.

Since then, she has spent thousands on breast enhancements, hair extensions, teeth whitening, bum padding and makeup in order to look like her idol, the Sun reported.

"When I get my Kim on, I am unstoppable. I love everything about her," she told the newspaper.

Leeson claims on her Instagram account that she hasn't had any facial surgery, though she does plan to receive lip filler and botox injections.

But the enhancements don't just cost money; they make it, too.

Leeson earns over C$900 per appearance as a Kim Kardashian lookalike and she is stopped on the street for selfies by people who think she really is the television star.

An ex-boyfriend told her she should stop, but now she's "finished with him."

What she isn't finished with are some remaining cosmetic enhancements. Leeson hopes to have a procedure next year in which fat is injected into her posterior for just over C$9,000.

Leeson maintains active Twitter and Instagram accounts where she has posted several photos of herself dressed and made up like Kim.
