For people entering a marriage all dewy-eyed and confident, relationship counsellors have some news for you: one of you is likely to cheat on the other. And even more shockingly, you might stay married after that.

In this video from OWNSHOW, professor and clinical psychologist Dr. Alexandra Solomon explains that while some people see cheating as the end of their relationship, others actually manage to grow from it and get stronger.

And while that sounds all well and good, what we're wondering is how you can prevent the cheating from happening in the first place. Fortunately, Dr. Solomon has an answer for that as well — it just means making yourself pretty uncomfortable before you even take the plunge into married life. Check out the video for her advice
