Called a superfood, there's no doubt vinegar (like apple cider vinegar) has a host of benefits. From detoxing your kidneys to getting rid of your pet's fleas to an effective natural cleaner, consuming or using apple cider vinegar on a regular basis can be good for us in the long run.
