6-Year-Old Fires Gun With Siblings In Car

RCMP in northern Alberta say they have made an arrest after a 6-year-old shot a gun inside a vehicle.

According to Fox Creek RCMP, two parents left their three children in a car with a loaded gun Saturday afternoon, while they went into a house.

While the parents were gone, the eldest child fired a rifle that was sitting on the passenger seat.

The bullet went through the driver's side door, but there were no injuries.

The names of people involved are not being released.

Fox Creek is located about half way between Edmonton and Grande Prairie.
