Under the wide category of "Are you kidding me?" falls this downtown Vancouver driver who not only blows through a red light, but does it by swerving around the stopped car ahead of it, and into the opposite lane.
The driver showed little hesitation driving across several lanes of traffic, narrowly avoiding a bus with the right of way, at Georgia and Bute streets.
WHA? Just watch the YouTube video above, which was posted on Sunday.
"We are looking into the incident now that you have brought it to our attention," Vancouver police Sgt. Randy Fincham told The Huffington Post B.C. on Monday. "Unfortunately the video quality is not sufficient to identify a license plate and there does not appear to be an active red light camera at the intersection."
If you witness erratic or aggressive driving behaviour, Fincham advises to take note of the licence plate number and report it to police.
