The reality star was reportedly picking up clothes for her daughter North West when cameras caught her wearing a cleavage-baring crop top and camo pants, with an open jacket thrown over her shoulders.

Her appearance came shortly after she wore a Jennifer Lopez-like gown to the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday, where the weather looked noticeably warmer.
