Finding time for a good workout can be hard. And driving to the gym for 10 minutes to run on the treadmill for 20 minutes is, frankly, just a waste of time.

There's an easier alternative and no weights are required. In the video above, Men's Health shares a quick 15-minute routine you can do in the comfort of your own home. The calorie burning workout includes three moves you hold for 40 seconds each, followed by a minute break and then four more repetitions. All you need for these total body workouts is a box, bench, step or sofa to get elevated and your own body weight. So really, you have no excuses.
