Alberta mom Brooke Geherman recently uploaded a video of her young son, Kowen, saying goodbye to his beloved pet goldfish, "Top."
The video, posted to YouTube last month, shows the small boy give the fish a few sweet departing kisses, before dropping him into the toilet and flushing.

Immediately, Kowen comes to terms with the loss, looks up at his mom and dissolves into tears.
Top may be gone, but this video ensures he will never be forgotten.
