Laverne Cox is the latest celebrity to throw her support behind Caitlyn Jenner.
The actress penned a moving essay about what Jenner's Vanity Fair cover means for the LGBTQ community and published it on her official Tumblr page on Monday.
In her essay, the "Orange is The New Black" star explains that it "feels like a new day...when a trans person can present her authentic self to the world for the first time and be celebrated for it."
Cox also commends the positive reactions expressed by the online community, and notes that while everyone can agree Caitlyn looks beautiful, it's her heart and soul that really matter.
