A teenage girl with a rare genetic condition is spreading body confidence after sharing a photo of herself in a bikini.
Isa-Bella Leclair, 19, from Campbellton, New Brunswick, was born with Parkes Weber Syndrome. The condition caused her right leg to swell to twice the size of her left, and weigh about 40lbs.
But Leclair has never allowed the condition to shake her confidence or hold her back from doing what she loves. And now she's on a mission to inspire others to feel confident in their own skin as well.
"For me, beauty isn’t just on the outside," she said, explaining why she decided to share the photo. "When I say someone is beautiful, I see someone who makes you feel good when you're around them."
