Tom Hardy Shuts Down Awkward Question About His Sexuality At TIFF

"What on earth are you on about?"

Tom Hardy's sexual orientation had made headlines in the past when the actor posed on the cover of gay British magazine, Attitude. And recently, he's making news again by shutting down reporter Graeme Coleman after being asked about his sexuality.

Coleman, from the Canadian LGBT news outlet Daily Xtra, started out asking if it's hard for actors to talk about their sexuality during a press conference at TIFF on Sunday.

It quickly went downhill from there.

"What on earth are you on about?" Hardy asked Coleman.

The reporter was able to get a few more words in before Hardy shut him out altogether, but it's hard to decide whether or not it was as bad as the time Toronto Star reporter Peter Howell asked Hardy a sexist question during the Cannes Film Festival.

It's safe to say both were handled in a fashion that could only be delivered by Hardy.

Watch the video to see the full interview. It's awkward.
