According to the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), resales in the province are down and expected to continue declining for the remainder of 2015.

If you were ever planning on upgrading to a dream pad in the mountains, now might be the time — it's a buyer's market, and will be declining even more sharply for the rest of the year, the CMHC reports.
