Dog Lovers And Cat Lovers Can Come Together Now Thanks To The Lykoi Werecat

But does is meow or woof?

If you can't decide if you're a dog or cat person, perhaps the "Lykoi" cat is the pet for you.

That's because the new breed of feline looks a lot like a mix between a werewolf and the household cat. Cat breeders settled on the name Lykoi" since it's Greek for the word "wolves".

And these "werewolf kittens" can be yours so long as you've got $2,500 USD to spare.

The Gobble family are the breeders behind the Lykoi and received the first litter in Virginia in 2010. The mother of the kittens appeared to be a normal, black domestic short hair. A second litter was found in Tennessee and the kittens all appeared to have the same gene, according to their website.

The family ran several tests on the cats to make sure the mutation was not the result of disease or disorder. In the end, the health of the cats determined the mutation was natural, and incredibly adorable.

Watch the video above to find out more about these "werecats."

They also wag their tails like dogs... just saying.
