Australian Boy Can't Stop Hiccups While Singing National Anthem

But his performance earned him huge cheers from the crowd.

Hiccups always come at the worst time.

Seven-year-old Ethan Hall battled a particularly nasty bout of them while he sang the Australian national anthem at a baseball game between the Adelaide Bite and Brisbane Bandits on Friday, according to the Press Association.

He told ITV's Good Morning Britain the hiccups came the night before the Friday game and his dad tried to scare them away.

But unfortunately they came back.

But brave Ethan soldiered on until the end, earning loud cheers from the crowd and high fives from players.
