100 Years Of Workout Routines In Under 4 Minutes

The '80s were a strange time.

From weighted batons in the 1920s to the "revolutionary" crunch machines of the '80s, there has always been a newer and better exercise fad to keep people fit and healthy.

Now we can watch a sample of each of them in a 100-year history of workout routines in three minutes and 30 seconds.

The video features Blogilates founder Cassey Ho, and was created by Mode studios, which has built a series of 100-year roundup videos.
