Pucker up, beauty enthusiasts and Selena Quintanilla fans alike, because you won't have to wait much longer to get your hands on the #MACSelena collection.
MAC announced Tuesday that they will officially be releasing a line for the vibrant Latina singer later this fall.
Included in the collection will be the highly-anticipated Como La Flor lipstick, which was inspired by Selena's fans as well as her sister Suzette Quintanilla.
"I wanted the colours to be about her personally, what she wore on and offstage," Suzette shared in a statement. "She has been gone for 21 years already, and for this collaboration to happen, it’s pretty much incredible."
To see the line finally come into fruition has been a long time coming for Selena fans, who in February 2015, started an online petition, urging MAC to release a collection commemorating the late singer, proving the strength of her fan base.
"It just shows the love her fan base has even though she’s gone; that her music still lives on and her legacy has grown tremendously since she’s passed," Suzette said. Adding, "It’s a great honour to have M·A·C collaborate with Selena’s name and her fans — FOR her fans."
#MACSelena will officially drop October 2016 in select markets.
