Looks like In-N-Out doesn't want anyone to bring their milkshakes to the yard!
The fast food chain is currently at war with model Abigail Ratchford for engaging in "various sexually suggestive acts with In-N-Out Burger food."
The Instagram-famous model, who recently posted a rather sexy (and messy/food wasting) video of herself paying tribute to the deliciousness of In-N-Out, is now being threatened by the burger joint's lawyers who are asking her to immediately take down the video, which was done without the permission of the company, as it is "demeaning to their brand," TMZ reports.
You can check it out for yourself here:
In a letter sent to the model's producers, In-N-Out are claiming that the company has received an array of complaints regarding the video, which Abigail did as a "pleasure project" and titled it "Dream Girl." TMZ notes in the video above that In-N-Out are known to have a religious background (with cups and containers having bible verses on the bottom of them), so obviously a video like this wouldn't align with their values.
Alas, it looks like the Los Angeles-based model has indeed taken down the video from her Instagram page, but not before a fan ripped it and put it up on YouTube. As Cosmo notes, "It's not clear whether she took the footage down because of the threat of litigation."
So what have we learned here? In-N-Out are NOT Carl's Jr. (you know, the burger chain behind those seductive commercials featuring the likes of Paris Hilton, Charlotte McKinney and Kate Upton eating burgers in bikinis and lingerie.)
