First came the crime and then came the hot mugshot.
After serving his time in the slammer, Jeremy Meeks, the man we all know as "hot mugshot guy," has officially begun his modelling career with agency White Cross Management, the same company that discovered Victoria's Secret model Taylor Hill. And people, prepare yourself for some straight-up hotness.
The felon received a 27-month prison sentence for a weapons charge, but was released early for good behaviour. And Monday, he stole the hearts of his 289,000 Instagram followers when he posted his first official modelling headshot.
And here it is:
Still under house arrest, Meeks, whose mugshot racked up more than 80,000 likes on the Stockton, Calif. police department Facebook page back in 2014, has still managed to launch a career in the fashion industry.
"We have major, major fashion brands, designers on the table. We have movies on the table, we have book deals on the table, we have reality non-scripted television on the table, we have pilots on the table, we have club openings in Dubai, Vegas and all over the world," his agent, Jim Jordan, told The Daily Mail in a recent interview. "I can't specify the names of them right now but the world will see very, very shortly what's about to happen."
The hot convict's steamy new photos come weeks after Sarah Seawright, a.k.a. Prison Bae, was arrested for aggravated robbery, kidnapping, first-degree battery, hindering prosecution, and tampering with physical evidence. Her model-like mugshot, complete with the perfect smize, led to online admiration for her beauty and comparisons to Meeks.
Committing crimes never looked so good.
