There's A Kate Middleton Doppelganger In The Rio Olympics

Another day, another doppelganger.

Let's get one thing straight: Team France cyclist Pauline Ferrand-Prevot looks a lot more like Princess Kate than Brady Ellison looks like Leonardo DiCaprio, but neither are identical.

The 24-year-old Olympic athlete had people hitting rewind during the Rio women's road race last weekend because of her resemblance to the Duchess of Cambridge.

The two have lookalike smiles, dimples and eyes, but we think the similarities stop there.

Duchess of Cambridge on the left, Pauline Ferrand-Prevot, right.

Though the Cambridges are not attending attending the Rio Olympics for "a whole range of reasons," Will, Kate and Harry sent their well wishes to Team Great Britain in an uplifting video posted to their Twitter page.

There's no denying Kate's love of sports — she's a fixture in the stands at many sporting events like Wimbledon, has no problem playing sports (in wedges no less!) and she's the royal patron for the charity SportsAid.
