I had the honour of sitting down with Canadian health and fitness legend Hal Johnson, of Body Break fame, now starring alongside his wife Joanne McLeod in Amazing Race Canada.

Several months ago, I received a call out of the blue from Hal, wanting to chat about how we could potentially create some healthy awesomeness together.

I promise you, there has never been more excitement in this pink kitchen then when I put Hal's voice mail on speaker for all of us to enjoy -- and a cheer erupted from the gang when he signed off his message with the iconic "Keep fit, and have fun!"

We LOVE Hal. Everyone does!

In this rare and intimate conversation with Canada's best known health cheerleader, Hal shares how he first met his wife Joanne and the surprising story behind the creation of Body Break.

We also talked about Coca Cola sponsoring government health programs. His response was pure perfection and made me want to hug him big. I love Hal even more now and you will too!

Be sure to watch until the very special conclusion -- a moment that may just be the most exciting thing I've ever had the chance to do!

You can listen to the full interview below which includes Hal's recount of when he first set eyes on Joanne, how he ruffled the feathers of Tim Hortons, and what his future plans are in regards to calling out the healthwashers.

What do you do to keep fit and have fun?
