Top Five Tips For Manifesting Your Dream Life

In the early 2000s I started to read about the Dalai Lama. It was a revelation to view the world through the eyes of compassion. Venturing to the grocery store, driving in traffic, all became a practice of kindness. Then after I became comfortable with the concepts of Buddhism. I embarked on yoga. This extended my mindfulness. Now I continue to bring these concepts together and combine them with visualization.

Bear with me here, if this sounds all too flaky for you it is coming together.

Now I continue to bring these concepts together and combine them with visualization.

Recently I spoke with Jennifer Windsor, Access Bars Facilitator and creator of the Vision Video Process. She revealed to me that it is possible to create increased satisfaction in daily life. Jennifer creates videos that provide the visuals for anyone wanting to create their ideal life.

Jennifer reveals how she started to create these videos, "Some of the reading that I was doing at the time was about creating the life I wanted to live. These books said that a person needs to feel the emotions to bring about new creations. For example, to attract money, a person needs to feel what it is like to be abundant. For me, there is nothing like the combination of music and pictures to put myself in that state of bliss."

Her first video was a true labour of love. Jennifer had been alone during a hard part of her life and didn't want to attract a "knight in shining armour" that would want to rescue her or save her. After reading several books on the manifestation process she had a light bulb moment and realized she could make a video, showing herself enjoying everything that she would feel when she was in a healthy relationship with a man who was equally happy to be in love with her.

Jennifer's outcome after making the first video was truly magical. She watched her video day and night with meditation. Jennifer's partner Tom, was in her life four months later.

Jennifer's Top Five Tips For Manifesting Your Dream Life

For a person to create a life they love, it's important to be real with yourself and not to be afraid to ask for what you are seeking.

1. Start by making a list of the "must haves" and focus on the places and activities that make you the happiest.

2. Make a list of the "love to haves," anything that you have dreamed of doing but haven't taken the plunge, like dance lessons or singing lessons.

3. Stop saying "I want" and start saying "I love," it's amazing what a difference changing a few small words can make.

4. Meditate, find a meditation teacher or download free meditations online that resonate with you and make this a daily practice.

5. Trust the process and be open to asking for help or advice.

Jennifer believes the video is a powerful tool for a person to manifest their dreams. She shares, "I am a true believer in the power of these videos; a unique combination of powerful images, words that are targeting a person's best life and music that makes the person's soul sing will change everything."

She has seen the videos work for herself to find the man of her dreams, to find the life and job of her dreams and Jennifer has seen the process work for others.

I asked Jennifer if she had any other advice to manifest something specific. She says, "Choose you first, stop waiting for life to come along and present itself. It is up to you to take the next step and be your own 'knight in shining armour'. It doesn't have to be a struggle at all and you are totally worth it."

Keep an eye on my blog as I continue to try different ways of living and find inspiration around every corner. I am delighted to share my experiences so you can live your very best life.
