Bill C-75

If our government wants to do something about delay, it should abandon Bill C-75 and look to more comprehensive methods that do not limit access to justice.
Bill C-75 is a small step forward, but stops short of tackling intimate femicide and domestic violence. We need a comprehensive, integrated strategy.
The bill focuses on attempts to curb courtroom delay, ending intimate partner violence and diversifying juries.
